Refunds

Eligibility:

  • Refunds are available only if the product delivered has a defect or if it features a wrong design.
  • To qualify, the product must be:
    • Defective or not as per the ordered design.
    • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging.
    • Reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Proof Requirement:

  • For defective items, a video of unboxing the parcel and clearly showing the defective area is required to initiate a refund.
  • Please include your proof of purchase (receipt) with your claim.

Exchanges

Eligibility:

  • We offer a free exchange if you receive a product in the wrong size.
  • Before placing your order, please refer to our detailed size charts to ensure a comfortable fit and avoid any hassle.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the product size is incorrect.
  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unused with tags intact and in the original packaging.
  • Provide proof of purchase when contacting our customer support.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Report Immediately:
    • Email us at support@uncageddrip.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide Evidence:
    • For defective products, include a video clearly showing the unboxing and the defect.
  3. Review & Approval:
    • Our dedicated customer support team will review your request and guide you through the process.
  4. Collection & Inspection:
    • Once approved, our delivery partner will collect the item. We will then inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria.
  5. Refund/Exchange:
    • If your claim is approved, we will either initiate a refund (for defective/wrong design products) or process a free exchange (for wrong size products).
